Frequently asked questions

How are employees counted?

By active employees in the tenant. Each plan has a hard cap (Starter 25, Standard 200, Exclusive 1,000); Enterprise is unlimited. You're never charged for inactive or terminated records.

Is the pricing shown final?

Per-employee figures are indicative for annual contracts; your quote depends on headcount, country packs, and term. Starter is free to use within its limit.

Where is our data stored?

Every tenant gets its own isolated database, in AWS ap-south-1 (India) or us-east-1 (US). Data residency is chosen per contract.

Can we move up a tier later?

Yes — upgrades are in-place and immediate. Features and limits change without re-implementation or data migration.
