Folkgrove started with a simple frustration: running people operations meant stitching together six tools that never agreed with each other.
Our mission
Give every company — from a 200-person scale-up to a 5,000-person enterprise — one system that handles the entire employee lifecycle, gets payroll and compliance right in every jurisdiction, and is genuinely pleasant to use.
We model a company the way it actually works: a living graph of people, roles, pay, and performance. Everything in Folkgrove is built on that single, consistent foundation.
Correct by default
Payroll and compliance can't be 'mostly right'. We build so the safe path is the default path.
